Citi Resources was founded by Vasugy Louis and Hubert Louis, two visionary leaders with extensive experience in the IT industry.

Vasugy Louis, a seasoned expert in IT solutions, brings a wealth of knowledge from her tenure at leading firms such as Tata Consultancy Services, ConocoPhillips, Wolters Kluwer and Weatherford. She has expertly managed projects for prominent clients, including IBM, demonstrating a forward-looking mindset and a commitment to excellence. Vasugy earned her Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Madras University.

Hubert Louis, a seasoned expert in IT Leadership, has an impressive background working with industry giants such as IBM, JP Morgan Chase, Baker Hughes and Waste Management. His strategic vision and solution-oriented approach have consistently driven success, positioning Citi Resources as a premier firm in the IT recruitment and placement sector. Hubert earned his MBA from Texas A&M University, in addition to Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Master's degree in Computer Applications.
